SA Born Show Jumper and future Olympic Medalist
Jade’s love and passion for horses began at a young age, as she spent her childhood years in her parents equestrian yard in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. Here, under the tutelage of her parents, both novice show jumpers, Jade received her well-rounded education and the skill that has made her the knowledgeable horsewoman she is today. Jade began her own show-jumping career at the age of 14, and has consistently achieved success. In 2008, her first major year of competing she won the prestigious SA young rider award; Stal Van Decrean Series. She won the South African Derby in 2009 and 2010. Four years later, in her first United Kingdom Competitive season and on a much bigger stage, she came third at the Hickstead Derby 4* International Show. In September 2014, she successfully competed in her first World Equestrian Games, held in Bordeaux, France. Jade currently stables at Shane Breen’s Yard, on the Hickstead grounds in Sussex. She trains and cares for her partner of nine years, ‘A New Era’ as well as assisting with the riding and maintenance of other horses in the yard.

“As the manager of a busy and competitive stable yard, we have many horses with individual needs. The Natrofix EQUINE supplement has been amazing for the competitive horses in the yard and has certainly assisted with maintaining the condition of the horses prone to itchiness and stomach issues. These horses are happy, healthy and comfortable now thanks to this amazing product.”
